1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
  • Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • The perfume seal must remain intact
  • A valid order number or receipt must be provided

  • Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery

  • Sale / discounted items (unless defective)
